With the third season of The Summer I Turned Pretty renewed, viewers’ only concern is what will happen to Belly, Conrad, and Jeremiah.
The show, which made its premiere in June 2022, is based on showrunner Jenny Han’s novel series of the same name. The Summer I Turned Pretty centers on Belly (Lola Tung), who becomes entangled in a romantic triangle. She first explores her feelings for Conrad (Christopher Briney), but then she begins to question if Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno), his brother, is the right person for her.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 Release
The Summer I Turned Pretty’s filming was first delayed due to WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. Season 3 might debut in 2024 because production started after the strike. Ahead of the season two conclusion, the third season of the show was officially revealed on August 3.

Production on The Summer I Turned Pretty season three will not begin until “after labor negotiations with those unions have been resolved,” as said in the same statement that made it apparent that the show had been officially approved before the strike action started.

Will There Be A Season 4?
Even though there won’t be a fourth The Summer I Turned Pretty book, season 3 of the show doesn’t have to be the last one. A few things from the books have already been altered, such as the addition of the Stephen/Taylor relationship, which makes me think of how Gossip Girl introduced us to Chuck and Blair—a beloved couple that wasn’t in the books at all!
